Return Period

Service cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of booking to be eligible for a full refund. For services that have already commenced, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed and the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or service adjustment, cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our contact form. The service must not have been substantially completed, and the cancellation must be made within the specified time period. We reserve the right to assess each situation individually to determine appropriate refund amounts based on work already performed.

Return Shipping Costs

As we provide on-site decluttering services rather than physical products, shipping costs are not applicable. However, if you have purchased organizational products or materials through us, return shipping costs for unused items in original packaging will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Return Process

To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. For service adjustments or partial refunds, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Services that have been fully completed are generally not eligible for refunds. Additionally, services that have been substantially completed (more than 50% of the agreed work) may not be eligible for full refunds. Custom organizational solutions that have been implemented and personalized storage systems that have been installed are considered non-returnable, though we may offer adjustments or modifications at our discretion.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Nevada and the United States. You may have additional rights under state and federal law that are not limited by this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your legal rights as a consumer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid. We understand that emergencies occur, and we will work with you to reschedule when possible.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 10-14 business days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles. For cash or check payments, we will issue a refund check by mail within 14 business days of approval.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a return or refund request, you may contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to file a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
